I want the process to be invisible - it has no I/o...so I set the STARTF_USESHOWWINDOW flag in STARINFO and set the flag to SW_HIDE...but this doesn't work. The program is showing up minimized on the task bar... How does one do this?

I would assume this is not a definite thing and that there are invisible processes that take up processor time. If so, how can I get a true picture of what is utilizing my processors? They exist together. What is common is that most companies have focused only on the formal/visible,
